1) Is there a minimum purchase quantity or amount?

No, there isn't. Prices listed during the checkout are the final payment amount.

2) Why are there no sizes indicated for some of your products?
 
Items listed without any size options are 'Free' size. This is equivalent to 'Medium' size in local context.

3) Why are your products priced so low compared to the other sites?

We do not include 'over-the-moon' exorbitant profit margins into our pricing. Our pricing is a simple equation of Cost Price + Import Charges + Handling Fees. That is our key to keeping the prices low.

4) Any discounts for bulk purchases?

As our prices are maintained at it's lowest all year round, we are unable to offer further discounts.

5) Can I self-collect to save on shipping fees?

Yes, you can. Kindly indicate "Self Collection" in the "Add comments about your order" portion of the checkout process. After you have paid and your order processed, you will receive an email from us informing you on the location for collection of your order. The shipping charges incurred in your order will then be refunded to you in CASH.

6) Do you have an office telephone number to call for enquiries? 

Unfortunately, we do not provide telephone support. This is to lower our operation costs and keep our prices low for the customers. All enquiries to be submitted via email and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

7) Do you have a paper catalogue? 

All our products are ONLY available online. You can access it through our blog site or facebook.
